INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS

• Speakers and chairpersons must ensure that the schedule is strictly respected.
• Computer projection only will be available. All presentations must be transferred on the central computerized system used for projecting.
• Just in special cases it will be possible to connect personal laptops in the meeting room.
• Speakers are kindly requested to transfer their presentation into the central computerized system (from their laptop, USB pen, floppy disk or CD) at least 60 minutes prior to their talks.
• No traditional slide projection will be available in the meeting room. If only traditional single-projection slides are available, please contact our organizing secretariat in advance.

POSTERS

Posters may not exceed the height of 120 cm and the width of 90 cm. They must be posted on Monday 12 June and removed at the end of the poster section on Wednesday 15 June.
