Proceedings deadline

     The final version of the manuscript  in three copies
     together with the electronic version on floppy disc or CD-ROM and
     the signed copyrigth form, must  be handed in at the
     Workshop Secretariat on June 8, 2004 . The manuscript must
     not exceed 10 pages.
